Why do Facebook videos get more views than YouTube? We brought in Roy LaManna, Vydia CEO, to answer this question and more in this week’s installment of #AskVydia.

Facebook or YouTube

If you post videos to Facebook and YouTube, you may notice there is a difference within the view counter. Why are Facebook videos getting more view than YouTube videos, when it’s the same video?

In a little bit of a different episode of #AskVydia, we focus on one question and discuss what counts as a view on each platform. Facebook counts a view as three seconds into the video, where as YouTube counts a view as 30 seconds. Watch the newest episode of #AskVydia to learn more about each video platform.
