How to Get a Channel

So, you’ve heard all about Vevo, and its benefits. Now you’re asking yourself, how to get a Vevo channel? Do I need to be signed with a label to get an official channel? How can I upload videos to my Vevo channel? Instead of giving yourself a headache with all of your questions, let us provide a simple answer: As an official content partner of Vevo, our service allows any qualified artist, signed or unsigned, to apply to get their content on Vevo. All videos will be reviewed to meet Vevo requirements and if accepted you will have the option to have a custom Vevo channel. If you have an existing Vevo channel, we can add approved videos to your channel and make them available on your Vevo account for no extra charge. Best of all, every submission through Vydia is eligible for the same promotional opportunities as the majors. Now, you may not be asking yourself, once I create a Vevo channel, how long will it take before the page is active? After all the files and information is submitted, Vevo will individually process and review your video and artist. We will review and process the request within 1-2 business days, but the acceptance from Vevo is based on demand. At times, due to the number of requests, the wait for Vevo acceptance can be several months. Requests for refund can be made any time prior to channel creation. If your video is accepted and the channel is set up, you can add additional videos quickly and easily. After you set up your initial Vevo accounts using Vydia, you will be able to monitor the submission and withdraw any money earned directly from our dashboard. Plus Vevo is linked with YouTube so all of your video content will be searchable on YouTube!
