Asbury Park Press reporter Michael Diamond stopped by Bell Works to talk with our CEO and Co-Founder Roy LaManna to learn more about his strategic decision to move Vydia into in the heart of Holmdel NJ. Although Vydia was close to moving into Manhattan, Roy understood that the value of a work-life balance and a more enjoyable commute would be more than enough to attract the top tech talent he needed to continue to build on his start-up’s success. Roy explains, “I walk (potential employees) around the building and say, ‘How would you like to do what you do, but sit in the car a whole lot less and spend time with your family and be able to work at a great company and get a similar work experience that you can find in Manhattan with similar pay?'”.

The Asbury Park Press article also highlights our rapid expansion in 2016 and our projected growth for the new year. Roy breaks down why Vydia is so helpful for its users and how it is able to grow 160% each year.
