We all know how important it is to give credit where credit is due, and mechanical royalties are no exception. That is why we have made it easy for you to report on your earnings by Track Streams, Track Downloads, and Album Sales, so you can accurately calculate and pay mechanical royalties.
HOW TO GET THERE
Inside your dashboard, navigate to Royalties → Statements. Then click the download icon or, if you choose to send to key stakeholders for review, click Send Report and input their email address(es). To get more granular, choose your date range or, if you are a Label Owner, click on Full Label Reporting to view the report on the label level.
WHAT YOU WILL FIND
In addition to the Statement Summary and Full Statement Report, which you can read about here, a separate folder will download, containing three additional CSVs by earning type: Track Downloads, Track Streams, and Album Sales. These individual reports will have all of the necessary information you need to calculate your mechanical royalties.
