Vydia’s technology streamlines content and metadata ingestion to ensure it meets partner specifications. In order to further expedite this process, be sure you have the following before creating your next release.

• High-quality .WAV or .FLAC files (minimum 24-bit)
• Square album artwork (at least 1400 x 1400 pixels; however, the ideal size is 3000 x 3000 pixels)
• ISRCs & UPCs (Don’t have these? Vydia’s technology can generate a unique ISRC and UPC within the audio distribution workflow)

Once your content has been delivered, you must contact Vydia Support or your dedicated account representative to make any additional changes.

No, audio distribution is included with a subscription to one of our Vydia Plans.

You must meet certain partner standards to distribute audio content to major streaming platforms like Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, etc. For audio distribution, we accept .WAV or .FLAC file types, with a sampling rate of 44.1Khz and 16-bit or 24-bit resolution. For cover art, we accept JPEG or PNG formats, must be square and a recommended size of 3200 x 3200 pixels; minimum size of 1400 x 1400 pixels.

Audio distribution may take up to 5 business days to be reviewed, accepted, and delivered to partner platforms.

Spotify for Artist profiles are designed to give creators full control over their Spotify accounts. Creators with custom Spotify for Artist profiles are provided access to management features and listening data, which they can use to shape how their brand is portrayed online. These features provide users with visibility and the means to succeed on the platform.  

After you have delivered audio content to Spotify through Vydia, you will be presented with the Spotify Instant Access banner on your My Content tab. You can also access Vydia’s Instant Access feature through your Creators tab again as long as you’ve delivered audio content through Vydia to Spotify. You can navigate to and from your Spotify for Artists page from your Creators tab once connected. In order to have a verified profile on Spotify, you must submit a request to Spotify for Artists. Once your profile is approved, your artist page will be marked with a desirable blue check.
